WinRAR offers you the benefit of industry-strength archive encryption using AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) with a key of 128 bits. Version 3.61 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Version: WinRAR German 3.61

"Excellent program. But I use it along with OverZip Compression Booster 4 add-on"

Pros: Very powerful and convenient tool.

Cons: Compression for JPG photos, MP 3 files for my I POD plaer, Adobe Reader PDF files (PDF Magazines), Flash Plaer SWF files, ZIP, JAR, or ICO PNG files is not optimal. So I use WinRAR along with OverZip Compression Booster 4 add-on to improve compression on such files.
