"It is ok, but no exceptional."

Pros
Fast scan, easy to use interface and good for a beginner. The price is reasonable for what it provides. I like the update feature to deal with new issues that were not originally designed for.
Cons
Identifies a lot of low threat level applications with one star threat level that may be perfectly legitimate applications that do not pose a threat to your system security. Ignores security measures already in place to mitigate threats.
Summary
The fact that there are only three reviews of this software should give you a clue that while this might be useful for some, it is not some kind of holy grail solution to your system problems. If it were, more people would be singing praises here. I think it is a good program for someone who is not overly technically inclined and may find it useful in keeping security issues from getting too far out of hand on their system. So, if you are just getting started, this may be a useful program to keep you a bit safer. But keep in mind that as you progress in understanding software technology, you will want a more robust program that will do a better job. One such is Secunia Personal Software Inspector which I think is better suited to this type of work.

Pros
Scan really fast and help me fix my PC's weak problems. I specially like its UI which is very friendly and simple to use. Plus the price is good - only $10 for 5 of winmend's programs, very economic choice and suprisingly good quality.
