Don't let the hit-or-miss nature of the installation documentation throw you. Even if you have to update components on your machine, you're only moments away from DVD-viewing satisfaction. With an easy-to-use and visually pleasing interface and a bevy of extra features, WinDVD is a demoware dream come true.
The app provides unlimited, theater-perfect playback for the duration of its two-week run on your PC. A slider control improves on the usual Forward and Back buttons, so pinpointing your favorite movie scenes is as fun as watching them in the program's crystal-clear display. Advanced viewing-time controls let you repace the action to fit your available viewing time. The program also features a handful of audio options for Dolby systems and simple headphones.
A full complement of video options includes basic adjustments such as color, contrast, and gamma, as well as advanced tools for monitor calibration. The program's massive 30MB frame also contains great capturing and handling tools for up to six frames at a time. You also can choose to have the movie play as your desktop picture.
