Version: Win-Spy Software Pro 8.3
"Nice product, but some flaws."
Pros: The product is a full feature chat logger with remote capabilities. The problem I have is with the remote functions.
Cons: First of all, I have been trying to reach the maker of the software to no avail. The remote file works for awhile after being installed on the remote computer, but when the remote computer logs off and logs back in my software never says they are logged back in. I tried this on my own two machines ONE AS THE REMOTE and ONE AS THE LOCAL The software directly installed on the machine works wonderfully.
Secondly, to the maker of the software. A TROUBLESHOOTING faq would be very useful on your website. Hopefully, I will get these problems resolved.

"Product did a fantastic job."
Pros: Win-Spy worked well as described. The best part of the product that i liked and think is very important is that none of my keylogs or info were stored on an online server. It was peer to peer and all info were between mine and remote PC. So this is good as far as security was concerned. Most other monitoring software stored all the keylogs online . And I did not like that.
Cons: Would be good if they has a spanish version.

"Exactly what I was looking for."
Pros: Exactly what I was looking for, no BS like other software vendors. This company only sells one monitoring software with everything in it - remote and local monitoring. Went to few other sites and it ticked me off, those companies were splitting up their monitoring product and selling them separately. Tried it and I have no complaints.

"Good, supports German and records MSN both sides"
Pros: Good supports German and records MSN both sides conversation. What I like most about is it's ability to monitor what is going on in my house in real-time through the webcam.
Cons: Need more help info in German language.
