From MT Impossible Software:

Win-Hand allows you to access any computer on the Internet from your handheld.

The image of the display of the remote computer is highly compressed and transfered to your handheld through the Internet.

Zooming in and out allows you to navigate and read the remote screen.

All taps from your handheld are sent as commands to the remote computer and converted into mouse clicks.

A keyboard allows you to enter text easily, another one allows you to send special key or combinations (like ALT-TAB or Ctrl-Shift-W).
