I make digital shorts for my class in college. We had the option to purchase an expensive webcam recorder at our school. It wasn't even close to the quality of this program. I didn't even have to think twice. Thanks for saving me money and increased quality!

Frequently Crashes
Buggy- recording is sporadic, sometimes it records sometimes it does not.
Settings menu disappeared after first use (even after 3 re-installs).Summary
This software appears to be a complete rip of other software called "Webcam Video Capture 4.8." The layout is exactly the same but the interface is not as nice. In addition, unlike WVC 4.8, the record function and settings do not work. I went to change them and all that was visible to be were empty boxes where the options should have been. This happened 3 times after I reinstalled the program. So I gave up and searched for something else. What did I find.....
Download WVC 4.8 and try it instead. It has a free trial. It is MUCH better and gave me the results I wanted. It appears to be the real version of this software. -
