"Best IDE I have ever used."
Version: WebStorm 4.0.2
Pros
1. With the "find declaration" feature, I can quickly navigate up the chain of functionality no matter how many javascript frameworks and utilities I'm using in my project. It even took me straight up to the root prototype methods from the DOM. This has helped me tremendously to accelerate the learning curve as I transition from .NET/Java to HTML5 development, using frameworks like backbone.js, require.js, twitter bootstrap, etc.
2. With the sophisticated and well-thought out refactoring feature, I can quickly re-organize my architecture as the project matures.
3. This thing is blazing fast. Loads instantly and there is no lag when searching through code. They must have written it in C++.
4. It's the first time I've used an IDE where the Help system was actually incredibly useful! It seems like they must have built the help iteratively alongside every feature.
5. Creates projects for you using latest UI layers, and you can import frameworks.Cons

Summary
I'm transitioning from .NET into HTML5 development. When I googled "Best HTML5 IDE", sadly Webstorm does not come to the top of Google search results. For a few months, I ended up going through several IDEs and being dissatisfied (basically I was missing the usability, object-oriented focus and intelligence of .NET Studio) until I stumbled across Webstorm via a friend. Thank God!!! I LOVE this IDE. I no longer miss the features I had in .NET Studio. In fact, Webstorm is way, way better. This software was clearly an act of love by the developers who created it. Developers who are obviously very passionate about their craft.
