Simplicity is the watchword of WebClean Internet Privacy and Security Software. Designed as a wizard dialog box, WebClean won't perplex an inexperienced user. However, it doesn't explain what you're going to delete. Also, because the tree presentation of items is inconvenient for managing cookies, you are likely to just erase them all. In addition to your history and cache, cookies, recent documents, and your Recycle Bin, you can set the program to clean your own folders. The end report tells you how many valuable megabytes of disk space you have freed up. Despite its powerful abilities, WebClean will still please most beginners.

Summary
I've tried using Webroot Window Washer previously. It was very good as it helped me clear more than 1.4GB of free space in 3 weeks. However, after I've run WebClean Internet Privacy and Security Software, it cleaned up 1000++ files in my Internet Cache, which I didn't know about! Kudos for finding those!
