An unappealing interface, lack of a Help file, and consistent errors mar this freeware Web browser. Just after install, Web Services Accelerator had a glitch that caused the system tray icon to appear, but prevented the interface from opening. As Web Services Accelerator was launched, the first item that appeared was an error message. An icon appeared in the system tray, but it took testers several tries to actually get the interface to appear.
The program's poorly designed and cluttered interface holds the typical File menu, browser toolbar, pull-down menus for built-in sites, and stacked links for even more sites. There are tips, but a Help file is definitely needed to understand the cryptically labeled buttons "F," "R," "W," and five other one- or two-letter options.
You can remove some of the clutter by removing all toolbars, but then you might as well use your existing browser. This program's claim to fame is a Show All button to display all open windows in one window. Without tabs, the Show All option is the only method to see all you have open. We weren't that impressed with Show All. The feature doesn't improve on tabs, and just stacks open windows with three across and however many rows are needed. You can also set up to eight sites that will open at launch. That isn't a revolutionary feature and is better implemented as tabs in both IE and Firefox.
Services Accelerator is free, but there's a fairly steep learning curve involved, especially for novice users. Based on our tests, we don't believe the investment in time is worth the end result. Simply, there was nothing about this program that would woo us away from our current browser.

Version: Web Services Accelerator 2.1
"Software OK, however, Is it your way to surf faster ?"
Pros: I think limitations about this software should know for users. All benefits are not free. Surfing on downloaded pages previously can saturate cache, even though, these sites be your favorites. I admit one can surfing faster if all the pages have no problem to download themselves. Some sites of mine have errors and this reason become a problem to close the program and surfing easily. I prefer something different to surf better and faster. If you have no problems like mine, you can try this software successfully.

Version: Web Services Accelerator 2.1
Pros: Easy to download and install
Cons: Too many "is not responding", went to add/remove in control to remove and can't fully remove because of too many shared files. Now I have residue of this program on my laptop.
Summary: Don't even try it.
