Version: Web CEO Free Edition 5.5
Pros: What I like about Web CEO - I have to manage several sites, it was really annoying before I put all of them in webceo and make all edits, uploads and other things from there.
Next, traffic analysis is great, I tried also WebTrends and Omniture but they turned too expensive; seems webceo/hitlens is the best I can get with my ambitions and on my scanty budget :)
And, I like the feature that check my site rankings and even keeps the history to I can see how they grow over time ;)
Cons: Nothing too bad, any problem I've had - I contacted their support and they helped to solve. Maybe sometimes too slow when retrieving hitlens / ranking reports (the webceo guys say it's because ranking emulates safe human behavior). Also, I'd like that monitoring feature (that checks hosting uptime) were not charged for at least 30 minutes interval (but their free monitoring only checks host every 120 min, for more frequent check you have to pay)

Version: Web CEO Free Edition 5.5
Pros: This is a fully featured web search engine submission tool. There are no nag screens and there is no limited functionality (that I have seen). It does everything You need in a search engine submission tool. For Free!
It has a scheduler and will get 99% of the major search engines.
Cons: Some parts are a bit slow in retrieval, but it works in the background.
Doesn't submit to Yahoo!, but that takes 2 minutes.

Pros: Every tool for SEO you can think of. Very easy to use.
Cons: I wish they allowed checking rankings for at least 20 keywords in the free edition.

"You strictly have no right critiquing this product, if you have not yet tried it"
Pros: Easy to use, great application interface interaction. No need to be "advanced" to operate this application. The only skill needed is basic English literacy. And knowing how to use your mouse...
Cons: It's possible the application will not work correctly if you have firewalls with strict rules and/or filters.
Make exceptions for this application.
Three virus scanners had picked this up as a medium risk-severe trojan horse.
I've yet to manually be able to pick up any malicious coding though.
