"Great being able to put in a zip and see the weather ."

    April 4, 2009  |   By barblit

    Version: WeatherBug 1.0.0.2

    Pros

Ability to instantly see what the weather is at any particular point of interest and easily change those locations. The radar and satellite pictures are great. The ability to track hurricanes will also be nice this summer.

    Cons

This is 2nd time I've installed program. I have Vista and 1st time, within a few days the mouse became hyper active and I finally had to uninstall. So far (1 week) its working but I think it's a different version.

    Summary

I really like the the program and the ability to instantly see the weather now and future in areas of interest. This is great if traveling. If I'm away from home I can keep track of what is going on weatherwise at home. A feature to add would be to follow up weather alerts (tornado, etc.) with note of any damage that occurred during that alert, say within a 20-25 mile radius. I think the program is GREAT! and hope that it continues to work on my Vista laptop.
