From NetFor2 :Extremely easy to use video/audio converter provides conversion to and from most popular media formats. Convert your FLV recordings to Windwos Media / Zune or QuickTime / iPod formats, convert MPEG2 camera movies to smaller WMV or MP4 files, convert audio CD's to MP3 or extract audio tracks from your videos in MP3 format. Multiple files conversion. Does not make any changes to your computer settings.
Version 1.2 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
What's new in this version:
Version 1.1 adds "Set priority" option which allows Windows to set a "Normal" or "Low" priority level to WM Converter in relation to other running programs.

Pros: Just tried it on a few YouTube FLV's to AVI's.
Converts fast.
Custom quality options are good.
Has drag & drop.
Can convert the audio-track from FLV to MP3.
VLC Media-player said the resultant AVI was broken, but fixed it in about 3 seconds.

"completely useless. doesn't work at all."
Cons: don't waste your time going through all the settings and making it just how you want it because as soon as you click "start conversion" nothing happens at all. not even an error message.

Pros: It lets you convert video from YouTube downloaded using RealPlayer into Windows Media Video so you can synchronize it to Zune,place it into Windows Movie Maker,& watch it on Windows Media Player

"It's wasn't that I needed!!!"
Pros: It's add an additional extention to the file but the file keep the original extention. Ex. *.m4p = *.m4p.mp3. Why???
