WFindstr is a fast intelligent text search program. It finds files such as .doc, .pdf, .htm with specified keywords, i.e. it is useful for recruitment agencies to locate suitable resumes, and can be used as a document search system. It utilizes the Microsoft utility findstr.exe and wraps it in a GUI interface. We incorporate fuzzy searches where a normal search does not find any matches. The product has been around since about 2002 and has a number of existing and satisfied users. Version 1.32 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
