From DocSoft :DocSoft W2XML is a Word-to-XML program that converts DOC, RTF, HTML, ASP, and JSP files to XML. It is completely scalable and allows for custom XML exporting through custom XSLTs you can use to modify the standard output. This version also has the capability to convert named styles within Word to attributes within the exported XML. This provides users the ability to create a simple, custom XSLT to take full use of the styles within Word, and the ability to convert the exported XML to a schema that is conducive to each organization's needs.
Version 2.3 adds an EXSLT library, which lets you publish exported XML files to multiple formats and export XML to multiple pages.
