From NirSoft Freeware :Volumouse provides a quick and easy way to control the sound volume on your system - simply by rolling the wheel of your wheel mouse. It allows you to define a set of rules for determining when the wheel will be used for changing the sound volume. For example: You can configure Volumouse to use your mouse wheel for volume control when the Alt key is hold down, when a mouse button is down, when the mouse cursor is over the taskbar.

Version: Volumouse 1.70
Pros: Previous version worked fine in Windows Vista and below, but not in Windows 7. This one works "Better" than the previous version, but it still has quirks from time to time.
Cons: Still has some Windows 7 bugs to work out.
Summary: Even with the W7 issues, I still give this program a 5 because I've found that its the best at what it does.
