Version: Visual Assist X 10.2
Pros: Use it for 5 minutes and you will never be able to work without it. It increases your productivity ten-fold and makes development much MUCH enjoyable.
New releases include support for refactoring. Amazing. It is the ONLY tool providing support for this most essential functionality in VS6.
Cons: Not one, not a single one.
