From Digital Multi Media Design (DMMD) :Visere is a unique, high-speed, flicker-free image viewer and a basic image-management tool that supports more than a dozen widely used image formats. Visere is freeware and runs on Windows 98, 2000, and XP platforms. You can edit (cut, copy, paste, crop, rotate, and flip), rename, convert, e-mail, and print multiple files, and create portfolios and index files of your favorite pictures. You get excellent picture navigability with customizable keyboard and mouse mappings; dockable toolbars for thumbnails, tools, views, favorites, and EXIF information; dynamic thumbnails with caches (Visere dynamically loads only the thumbnails you're viewing); speed options that let you skip when you're fast viewing, use cached thumbnails, and downsample when reading large images; and EXIF support. An EXIF profile is text-saved by your digital camera in the JPEG image.

"Fabulous program , fast, powerful, and easy to use"
Pros: This is now my favorite picture viewing program, its as fast as Microsoft picture and fax viewer, is more customizable, and has more features.

Pros: works much like the slideshow viewer on newer versions of windows. Doesn't have the ad stuff like all the other freeware. msi file works great. It should be recognized as a windows installer file. Great product!
Cons: It sizes the picture to fit the screen in full screen mode and picture quality suffers unlike the windows version.

Summary: I like this program lots. its pretty much everything youve ever wanted in a thumbnail viewing package. -efficient program at what it does
