"Once set up is very reliable."

"Great and simple... maybe to simple"
Version: VirtualBox 3.2.10
Pros
I could use Kubuntu and Ubuntu with no problems in Leopard (Mac OS/X). Accesible OS window. "Easy" (if you find where) to erase the virtual drives created. No need to create a partition.
Cons
Can't boot from that new OS... no "complete" full screen mode, your original OS is always running in the back... The Full screen mode doesn't resizes the window, only adds a black background image. Doesn't works well with mi bluetooth, usb or wifi.
Summary
great if you have the urge of installing or playing with several operating sistems, easy install and errase... compatible with mi mac os snow leopard... no need to create new partitions... and you can only use it in a little window. I recomend it :-) its free! what were you expecting?

"For simple things it works quit well"
Version: VirtualBox 3.2.10
Pros
Good to work with next to my Mac programs.
Cons
In Window mode it is nearly all the time impossible to attach an USB apparatus. It mostly responds that the apparatus is in use by another program (what is not true). It means I have to shut down my computer and reboot it into Windows. That's a pity.
Summary
I use VirtualBox mostly for word programs. It works good in that mode. For other programs it is sometimes good and sometimes bad. It does not recognize most of my usb apparatus. It also claimed my processor for nearly hundred percent (Intel core duo), raising the temperature up to 85 percent.
Nice product but with a lot of shortcomings. -

You get what you pay for.
Summary
