Tried several conversions from avi to mp4 and it only converted the audio ie. converted file was only the audio, not the video. Waste of time, not to mention painfully slow.

Although it says it is for iPad, it reverts to Apple TV. Doesn't load video files. Couldn't navigate the forum (it says you can only search the forum every 5 seconds, but told me to try back in 1550 seconds).
Summary
The product was billed as being for iPad, but when setting it up the first time, it defaulted to Apple Tv. No matter what I tried I couldn't get it to change to iPad. iPad wasn't even an option in the drop down menu. The help forum was painfully frustrating, as searches were futile. Product should not be advertised as appropriate for iPad.

It lowers the video's quality by a very noticeable amount and also the sound. The video I had converted was VERY clear, but in the end, it came out fuzzy and the sound had this echo to it that wasn't pleasant.
It also took far too long to load up, although that might just be my internet. It also makes it seem like the "Power" conversion is loads more complicated than the "Normal" conversion. It isn't.
The normal one is extremely time consuming and very unneeded. In my case, the "Next button" didn't show up properly, so I couldn't go on the the next step.
I ended up uninstalling it in the same hour I installed this dang thing.
I would truly suggest NOT getting this unless your ONLY objection is to get the video on your ipod, even with the loss of quality and time. -

The fact that you need a tutorial, an internet tutorial that needs to load up, to convert a single file really slows down your workflow.

It's as if the company expects anyone to select the "Normal" conversion to be computer illiterate bordering on retarded.
The workflow of this absurd program is 50% waiting time to convert only ONE file!
And the few (3) files that I did try to convert didn't even convert at all!
If I could rate for negative stars, I would do so in an instant!
