"Keeps lagging, slow to work"

Learning to use it is easy, and there are many features, but;
Cons
it is not easy to use as audio in the movie sometimes doesn't play, it always crashes, takes a long time to do a task. it's not worth it, and will end up frustrating you.

I have give Pinnacle so many chances in the past couple years, but this one is the last straw. Stay clear of EVERYTHING made by them. Nothing ever works, crashes, freezes, screws up your system etc. Pure crap.

Takes ages to download, even with an Intel Core 2 Quad (2.66 GHz overclocked to 2.8) processor.
Trial is too short, and (unless it's just me) most functions are disabled until you buy. Which I will not.

Its ease of use with shallow learning curve makes this a perfect video editing software for novices.
Cons
Since it's still in beta testing stage, there are some bugs which may cause installation problem as well as some issue with importing video directly from a video camera.

It takes forever to install once downloaded. The dotnetfx.exe takes ages to install...

It seemed to be quite easy to navigate, would be easy to put a movie together w/transitions, music, pictures, etc.
Cons
It ran painfully slow. The install was slow, the program ran quite slow just showing my video clips. It wouldn't import right from my camcorder. I am uninstalling.

at first i didnt think it worked because the clips cut in and out but when you make the video it's great quality
