Pros
Nada, zip, nothing, negatory. Programmers are only 99% lazy and idiotic.
Cons
No Output Size setting, no output folder setting and doesn't even show the original video files resolution/aspect ratio. Xvid is pointless if you can't control the compression(file size) Software was probably created by the first 2 reviewers.
