Like doing the updates , It shows the current Apps and along side the new updates available . Once a month spend an hour or more updating Apps .

There is absolutely no customer service. If you use their help pages, they do not respond. READ ON _ THIS PRODUCT CAN DAMAGE YOUR PC

Try flicking through the blog on their website, and looking at the comments from paid up customers who are fed up. Buy this product and you have wasted $30
Summary
This product flags up updates that don't exist. It flags older versions of software as an update. Some of the drivers it tries to update are incompatible with your version of windows. This product will cause your computer to crash and if it installs an incorrect motherboard driver, could cause serious damage to your PC. PLEASE CNET - remove this before it costs someone

"Program caused blue screen of death"

I cannot trust this product since upon downloading 2 drivers, it caused my pc to have the blue screen of death twice.
Cons
The product scans for drivers that need updating on your system. Download can be from the Dell site or from the sofware manufacturer. I downloaded directly from the Dell site since I have a Dell PC and I had problems.
Summary
For me, not trustworthy for suggested drivers that are supposedly needed. I uninstalled the software after purchasing it and having used in but once.

The CNET ad claims this software will scan the computer to detect all out of date software and out of date drivers. I assumed this meant I could actually see all of the results of this scan.
Cons
The advertising is deceptive. I'm a casual computer user and have trusted CNET to be a truthful objective source of information. This download is totally useless without purchasing the software. That's like being scammed. What else can't I trust from CNET?

It looked great on the website

No support on the weekends, but you can buy it on the weekend.
It doesn't connect. It won't download drivers. You can go through a link to manually download the drivers, and the pages won't load. You can write a review for a driver, but you can also get a database table error upon submitting. All in all, it acts more like beta than production version. Wondering how long it will be before they refund my money.

I downloaded the free trial, Ran it, it said 11 of my drivers were outta date. Got the full version 5 minutes later, No drivers outta date. This is junk software. Selling sell you had for free a couple years is crap. Download.com used to be awesome, now like all great things, it comes to an end.

It's Free to try so everyone can realise it is useless before they're conned into paying money for it.
Cons
Useless junk, Cnet Catchup was free & much better. Half the files downloaded by this program are corrupted, some downloads aren't even the right product.... it downloaded some dodgy registry cleaner instead of updating vista manager. Other files you have to download yourself.
Downloads are slow and only go one at a time by default.
Doesn't seem to update games like Cnet's Catchup did.
Reports false updates.
Doesn't ammend it's list after you have applied updates.
