Version: Vallen JPegger 4.01
Pros: Nice way to view and edit your entire photo collection quickly
Cons: I enjoy using picasa more b/c of its gui. it also loads just as fast as this app.

Version: Vallen JPegger 4.01
Pros: Do yourself a favour and get this excellent image viewer. You'll be glad you did. It's very clean and stable, has enough features and opens all the formats you're familiar with - and more.
Cons: Can't fault it.

Version: Vallen JPegger 4.01
"Nice program, but too simple for my needs"
Pros: I am looking for a replacement for Windows Picture and Fax viewer, and this just doesn't have enough features.

Version: Vallen JPegger 4.01
"Long series of error messages"
Pros: Wish it would work.
Cons: I'm just getting a long series of error messages when installing it, about things that are missing, until finally I just kill it from Task Manager. I'm using Windows XP SP2. Lots of other apps running fine.

Version: Vallen JPegger 4.01
"Very fast, practical, well designed image viewer"
Pros: I've used most of the others, including ACDSee, and Jpegger is my hands-down favorite. Navigation inlarge folders with thousands of images is a breeze. When you want to save an image, common-sense cut/paste commands make it easy. Images come up in a flash, and scanning through large numbers of them is simple. Somebody at last used their head in designing a product for "real world" heavy jpeg viewers.
Cons: Two minor annoyances:
Every so often you get a "range check error" on every image. They still display. However, just exit the program and re-enter to get rid of this. Also, if you are working on a folder that is being loaded with images from another program in the background, the image and file list tends to "jitter" and you might find yourself in various part of the folder that are being loaded. This is a minor annoyance compared to the stellar qualities it has, but maybe on of their programmers could find a way to stop this. I turn off the background program and the image stabilizes, resuming it when I'm done editing and viewing.
These are "picadillos". This is a great product! Totally awesome!
