"Does what it says a free fast proxy with other features"

Pros
Hides your IP and gives you hidden email addresses you can use too. Also scans files for viruses and I tested it with a file I knew had a virus and it stopped that. Not a lot to complain about.
Cons
I've had a couple issues with some websites. It doesn't seem to like gmail - I have to turn off cocoon to download stuff in gmail but that could be because of googles privacy issues, I don't know.
Summary
For the money (free) you can't beat it. It's perfect for people like my grandmother who has no security sense and would open any virus laden attachment or click on any malware. If for nothing else this is well worth recommending. And the privacy stuff is great for those that care about it.

Summary
This is a great free program to protect yourself online. I've used it for two months now, and recommend it highly. I use it with the Better Privacy Firefox add-on.
