Pros: This is now the single most useful tool I have. No other program clomes close to the features and flexibility of it.

"Awsome time saver"

Pros: I've tried Radmin, Smartcode VNC Manater, PC Anywhere, and many others and none of them come close to the ease of use, features, and price that vncscan has!
Their support also deserves praise. Every time that I've contacted them with questions has been a pleasurable experience with speedy responses.
Cons: It requires the .NET Runtime 2.0 to operate and we had to deploy it to our 23 helpdesk computers. The irony is that we used the remote scripting built into the program to deploy the framework 2.0 silently to each of the other ones before handing out the licenses. Pretty neat!
