'V&N Devil's Dictionary' is a freeware dictionary module for use with the shareware programs: 'Verbs & Nouns' or 'Verbs & Nouns Lookup'. You can download the latest versions of 'Verbs & Nouns' and 'Verbs & Nouns Lookup' directly from VersionTracker http://www.versiontracker.com/moreinfo.fcgi?id=4725&db=mac.

'V&N Devil's Dictionary' is based on the 'Project Gutenberg' version of 'The Devil's Dictionary', by Ambrose Bierce (1906). The original PG Etext is included. You can use the module for browsing, looking up words, exercises etc. You can add your own comments, definitions, phrases, or translations. You can also provide your own sound and pictures. The additional translations to Spanish, German, Dutch, Swedish, or Portuguese are enclosed.
