From IT Direct :User Account Manager creates and deletes accounts for NT 4.0 users and Exchange clients. It can also create users' home and profile directories with NTFS permissions, and create shares. Reset passwords, unlock accounts, change group membership, delete user profiles, run custom scripts, move users' home and profile directories between servers, and more.
Version 1.16 includes an import function, which allows bulk users to be imported via a csv file. Version 2.01 has many new features, including the ability to rename users Directories and shares when a user is renamed. Also users can now specify the NTFS rights for Directories, and more.
Note: This program requires ADSI 2.5.
