In general I'm really satisfied with their service. Download speed is usually very good, the customer support actually answers the phone and whenever they're having troubles there are compensations.
Cons
It's expensive. And you have to read the TOS carefully, don't forget to cancel your subscription in time.
Summary
They are definitely cheaper usenet providers. But hey, I'd prefer to drive a BMW rather than a Toyota!

Please don't download this - You've been warned. I 've downloaded many programs from this site which have all been fine apart from this. I guess I can't specify why this is due to posting conditions.

Just a downloader. There are other better usenet clients.

Be extra careful with the 14 days free trial. If you forget to cancel they will charge your card for 12 month with NO WARNING!!!
There are plenty of stories about people who tried to cancel their subscription and was charged anyway. Stay away! Scam! -

I really like their service, they have by far the easiest client and I never had problems so far. I just go on leeching and leeching...

There are cheaper providers, but then don't expect the same service as they offer.
Summary
For usenet beginners and those too lazy to do all the newsreader search by themselves this is exactly what you need!
