Cons: I used Usenext ONCE, canceled it directly and I have had to continue to try to cancel it... 10 times!!!! and they are still trying get money from me!!!

Summary: I signed up for the 14-day trial. At the end of the trial, I got charged 80 euros without further notice. A bunch of bullcrap. I emailed them and got a reply saying that a refund was issued. That was 3 days ago and I haven't received the money yet. ... read more >>

"outragious ethical behaviour"
Pros: nothing at all that could not be provided by others but minus the stressw.
Cons: telephone help line none existent and expensive. Each time you reach 10 mins waiting time they tell you to call back and start over again.
web page based help was useless.
unethicalSummary: 3 times over a period of 1 week usenext debited my account for upgrades i did not request or need. my megabite allowence was well in credit. when i asked that the monies be refunded they cancelled my account giving suspiscious use as the reason. it ... read more >>

Pros: I tried some other Usenet clients, but they have been way to complicated - UseNeXT is easy to use and just works! :-)
Cons: spams the interweb hoping for sales. gay client that sucks resources
