Version: UseNeXT 3.33
"Software is fine, its the companies billing thats the problem"
Cons: These guys will con you into signing up for a free trial, and then
charge you their highest fee if you do not cancel within their 14 day
window which is 88 Euros, I have asked them to refund me only 1 day
after my 14 day trial was over but they wont do it - Customer Be
Aware

"Yes... The billing is the biggest issue."
Pros: Application works... Big deal.
Cons: $101.17 bill after you agree to pay $10.54 a month. No were does it tell you that they will charge you that much, but they will tell you that you agreed to it if you did or not.
I question their ethics here. Don't use this service.

Version: UseNeXT 3.33
Pros: Don't know, was unable to try it out.
Cons: They offer a free trial but then ask for credit card information. That is not the way I do business. I give it a pass...

"OH DID I MENTION THE BILLING IS RUBBISH"
Pros: GREAT SOFTWARE
Cons: Abysmal, misleading billing system. They will not allow you to cancel within their agreed 14 day trial period too if you express an intrest in one of their packages. I erroneously clicked on the wrong package and they wouldnt entertain any kind of change even upgrading!!This was before i had hit pay on their order system. They seem to pride themselves not on customer service but on how draconian their lawyers make the contract with you. It was the equivelent of walking into a shop saying that you are interested in a black shirt, but on the way to the checkout deciding that you would rather the red one that costs £5 more and being informed (before payment,mind...)that you werent allowed to change your mind. Absolutely and pointlessly dumb!! These guys should enjoy a suitably short existence.....

Version: UseNeXT 3.33
Pros: THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT, THANK GOOD MY BANK CARD HAS BEEN CHANGED OR WOULD BE 100's OUT OF POCKET. SHOULD HAVE BELIEVED THE REVIEWS ON SLYCK.COM
Cons: After using this trial in 2005 and cancelling after a few days i am now being persued by debt collectors, for £110.00 and even since then keep getting new bills the latest coming today in 2009 BEWARE
Summary: Use at owe risk, you may think other reviews are wrong but they aren't, If you have given payment details and cancelled free trial i'd get a new bank card. Even with the proof of cancelling in 2005 in free trial period during 2008 and 2009 been sent... read more >>
