You can browse hundreds of newspapers from the United Kingdom with this news reader, but thanks to a trial limitation, you'll have to browse fast to take in all of its features.
United Kingdom Newspapers Reader has a plain interface, but it serves the purpose. The tree menu interface on the left side of the screen houses hundreds of newspapers from the United Kingdom. Double-clicking each one displays the paper for viewing on the right side of the screen. With the exception of the registration link, the trial restriction prevented us from accessing any of the viewers toolbar commands. Surprisingly, though, that's the less irritating restriction. The trial version of the reader closes after only two minutes of use. You can reopen the program, but its still pretty annoying.
The publisher's need to keep in mind that the news changes every day, so there's no reason not to give users free rein when trying their program, especially considering the hefty price tag. As it is, the trial restrictions prevented us from getting the full experience of this program's features, and were reluctant to recommend it as a worthy reader.
