Umibozu is a Web photo album generator, that can be modified on-the-fly thanks to its TiddlyWiki interface. Changes to your photo album can be made online from anywhere in the world, in just seconds. Umibozu lets you synchronize a directory tree of photos, and reproduces the hierarchy within the Web album. In other words, if you have already organized your photos on your local disk, Umibozu will simply map it to this album.
Umibozu can also generate flat entries in the album, this is useful when for instance, you plug your digital camera in your computer, the content of your SD or flash card can automatically be flattened out and injected in the album. Photo albums can reside on your system or be exported to a CD or USB stick, but it is mainly designed to be published to a web server so it can be accessed and modified online, while you keep feeding in new batches of photos. It thus comes with a server side module to upload changes to a central Web server.
