The program allows you to use your mouse and keyboard to control the other PC remotely. Pros: Works with Win7
Cons: Connecting to a MAC gets you often tossed right out of UVNC. Can reconnect, but what a pain.
Summary: Works with Win7, not bug free but it works quite well once the connection holds and you gain control of a remote computer. Great for computer support!

"Difficult to install for a non-network guy like me."
Pros: Screen sharing inside the firewall -- nice. Once connected, seemed to work well. Easy and simple installation wizard.
Cons: Making the connection between the host and remote was a little confusing. Terms that a novice network user were unfamiliar with made troubleshooting cumbersome.
Summary: If you have strong background in network administration, this is for you. If not, stick with LogMeIn or similar product. Going out to the Internet and back in is not ideal, but it is a lot less of a headache.
