The program allows you to use your mouse and keyboard to control the other PC remotely. It means that you can work on a remote computer, as if you were sitting in front of it, right from your current location.

Version: UltraVNC 1.0.6.4
"Functions adequately with sufficient manual options"
Pros: It gave me several options when launching to control the resolution, speed, and image quality. Other VNC software buries those features in other launch links. The toolbar at the top gives plenty of special key options and can be hidden as well.
Cons: Sometimes having so much control at launch time is a little overwhelming. Often when I connect to a UNIX box, I don't want to have all the options, I just want to get to work.

Fast, easy to use, default settings are usually suitable.
