Version: UltraEdit-32 12.10b

"It's useful for non-western coders"

Pros: I'm an asian HTML & PHP coder. That's why I like this most. You can put your mother language, which can be Vietnamese, Arabic, Frech or Thailand, into your PHP file without any problem. No longer you face the problem of "White page" while coding.

Cons: It's not totally free ^-^
