Ultra AVI Converter helps you split and join AVI files and convert them to DivX, MPEG, VCD, SVCD, DVD, and WMV formats. You also can join small AVI files in one file of various formats, and you can split a large AVI file into smaller files. Ultra AVI Converter has a multitask system that enables you to do different tasks (conversion, joining, splitting) at one time with a single click. You can change the frame rate and size, and the program does not require any technical experience and is very easy to use. Version 1.9.2 fixes some bugs.

Version: Ultra AVI Converter 1.9.2

"Trial version doesn't let you test conversion of large files ."

Cons: For some reason, some of the trial versions of converters are "trial" because they only convert a part of the file to give you a demo. Watermark would be more appropriate. I'm looking to find an app that doesn't crash/corrupt large files and can't use the "trial" version to test.
