When/if you're able to open it, it looks very professional with many options.
Cons
For some reason, the software would not launch on many occasions: whether from the desktop icon or starter menu or C:\Program Files . And when it did eventually launch it would crash. None of the files that I saved from a previous session, and i saved several, would load correctly; which means a lot of time I spent before was wasted.
Maybe v. 11 is good as the editor review says. It certainly can't be worse than this one. Stay away.

Not as complete as CS2 or CS3 on Photoshop, for still has some good performance applications for free.
Cons
I was looking for something open to create from a scratch, putting my own layout, with my own set of photos.
With this one either is not possible, or I did not found the way... which describes much how it isn't so easy to scout...

Photoimpact is one great software for Image editing,webdesign and more.. its easy to use inference is what makes it special unlike photoshop complicated layout photoimpact has a great way of letting you do what needs done.
tutorial sites like photoimpactworld.com will help any one with trying to design in photoimpact.

We have used Adobe Photoshop Elements and MS Digital Image Pro with XP with few problems. We purchased the download of this product because it was recommended to work with our new camera and with Vista. We have been dissapointed from the start. None of the "bonus" programs work with Vista and most of the rest of the program does not work with Vista either. Of course you can't access all the customer information telling you this until after you have wasted your money.
We tried to open videos we took with our camera (.mov fles) and the whole program shuts down. Try to get an answer from tech or customer support and if they do grace you with an answer, they blame it on Vista even though the program is supposed to be Vista compatable.
Cons
Lack of any support or service. Overpriced and underperforming. Does not work with Vista as advertised. Misleading in the number of templates and graphics. Most are 20 versions of the same graphic.
