With Remote Record from UPC you need never worry about missing your favourite TV shows while out of the home. Choose the shows you want to watch, press the 'record' or reminder' button and a notification is sent to your Digital or Digital+ set top box to schedule the recording or reminder.Use the TV TIPS page to get a bite size overview of our top picks for the next 48hrs. Find something you like here? Simply click on 'record' or 'reminder' and a notification will be sent to your digital or digital+ set top box. In our 7 day interactive TV GUIDE you can scroll through listings for our channels. Click on a show of interest from the Guide and get the programme synopsis. If you don't fancy scrolling through the full channel guide you can save time by grouping your favourite together? Just click on the channel logo and highlight the star to add to favourites and only these will appear when you open TV Guide. Visit SETTINGS to set up email notifications for recordings and to manage your account. If you have multiple digital set top boxes in the home you can select the box you want to send the notifications to in MY SET TOP BOXES. Want to see what recordings are scheduled? Select MY RECORDINGS to see your scheduled and previous recordings list. Scheduled recordings cannot be removed from this application. Also, it is not possible to identify whether other recordings have been scheduled from the set top box. If you do not tick this box any previously scheduled recording will take priority. Important: It is essential that you Digital or Digital+ set top box is turned on or in standby mode in order for your scheduled recordings or reminders to be processed.

What's new in this version: In the last release some customers experienced issues the first time they tried to login to the app, especially when using a mobile data connection. This resulted in a time-out error. The issue is fixed in this update of the app.
