TypingMaster 99 for Windows is a shareware tutorial for touch-typing. It covers study material from the very basics to advanced text-typing exercises. Learning is backed up by educational games and the intelligent Revision wizard. TypingMaster is suitable for individual users as well as organizations with a large network environment. This version adds a Numeric Keypad course and new Clouds typing game. A Network Administration Kit is also now available for schools and companies. TypingMaster 98, a 16-bit, nonupgraded version of this program is still available.
In the demo version, a few first lessons can freely be completed in each course. The full version is $25.

"Decent Typing Program, But...."

Pros
I like how it does a pretty decent job of helping you learn how to type. It's easy to use and I like how it has the ability to show you your problem areas.
Cons
Although TypingMaster is a good typing tutorial software, TypingWeb.com is free and does about the same job, if not better.

My two sons (than age 11 and 12) learnes 10 fingers typing in 3 weeks by every day typing for 10 minutes. My daughter did it in 3 months, by once a week typing. It works great. Worth every penny.

I was able to learn just as I did in high school. It stays true to the methods use to teach typing or keyboarding as it is called today.
Cons
Not enough lessons to get you far enough to use all the rows of keys.
Summary
By downloading it I was able to pass a typing test to get a new position with my company.
