If you want to remove My Network Places or prevent Shortcut to from being appended to new shortcuts, look to Tweak-XP Pro. Besides shell customizations, this group of utilities includes system tools that let you control the CD speed, create virtual drives in RAM, use several separate desktops, or change folder icons. The slightly cluttered, tabbed interface categorizes tweaks logically. However, the general impression is that building in so many system enhancements took its toll on the quality of some utilities. The built-in pop-up and banner blocker is far from perfect, allowing several ads in our testing. In some tests, the Memory Optimization feature worked fine, whereas it had no effect in others. Also, you have to add images one by one in Wallpaper Changer. The program does take a fair amount of system resources, such as when it's searching for temporary files.
You can't argue with functionality, though. File utilities include a file shredder and a renamer. Security features hide folders or entire drives and stop some applications from running. The suite supports password protection, which is useful if you share your PC. You can place shutdown or logoff shortcuts on a browser toolbar. To make your activity safer, the program can track restore points in case your system doesn't work well after applying a tweak. We also appreciate the Auto-System-Tuner, which lets you optimize your PC with one click. Advanced XP users who want more control should enjoy Tweak-XP Pro.

Version: Tweak-XP Pro 4.0.8
Pros: Most of the items are useful.
Cons: But I have found that "unwanted files" when removed. have resulted in major problems. The Registration problems are stupidly complex.

Version: Tweak-XP Pro 4.0.8
Pros: None
Cons: Tweak XP is really bad.
Once I loaded it up, it started to freeze up. So I Shut Down the computer and turned it on again. This time My Computer wanted a disk check, and then when it was up to the login page, it restarted my computer. I'm only 13 and that's annoying. So I press the F8 Menu and selected the "Last Know good config.". It worked, but I knew it will happen again so I did a System Restore and is now back to normal, except that it now does a disk check everytime I turn on the computer.
I do not recommend this product to anyone!
It's too Risky!
