I was happy with the results .However I am still looking for the Utility that truly does it all.(maybe I am dreaming ) when used in conjunction with another utility program TuneUp Utilities 2009 8.0.1100 did a impressive job of re establishing system speed and removing unwanted junk files .
Works well and the Free version is a trouble free and easy to use tool. I wwould like to try the upgraded version. It found several problems that were slowing down my PC's performance.

The trial lets you have fully featured program for a month! One-click optimization has got it all you'd need for a summarized optimization of your PC's. It checks PC automatically on startup. Good registry cleaner (4/5) and others (5/5)!
Cons
The registry cleaner lacks some of the programs' points also windows'. It should be done better for this kind of program even if it is at the level of some of the world's best cleaners... It is tune up utilities after all and...
Summary
All in all mostly all the functions the new TU offers are necessary and carefully arranged in this last version 2009. Defragmenters, cleaners, windows customizations, optimizations etc. Seems I want to have them all!

I read about TuneUp Utilities 2009 in a professional periodical for service personnel. The article suggested this program for professionals. I tried others and the only software equal to this one was Uniblue Power Suite; both made by German writers.
Cons
I do not like the fact that after search and destroy you have to re-boot!

All-in-One one click optimizing is nice. The WYSIWYG interface is strait forward and user friendly.

It doesnt clean as deep as the CCleaner, Auslogics, or Glary freeware. I also believe in doing redundant "overswipes" with alternating products. You never know what one companys agenda could be. Its best to use 2 products, it keeps them honest.
Summary
Great for a quick spit and polish scrub, but don't expect it to catch everything. Be prepared to pay the somewhat high price for it if you want to keep it.
