Pros
It improves I tunes from horrible to simply tollerable
Cons
It takes over your computer for 5 min while it churns through itself. You are at it's mercy till your computer crashes or you reboot it. Oh... and sometimes you can close it. (if you are lucky)
Summary
I am going to try to get my lifetime subscription fee back but based on the quality of this product I won't hold my breath on getting it.
Great idea , but obviosly no beta test was performed before they rolled it out. my guess is the bad reputation caused by releasing to soon will sink them even if they get their act together. They got greedy and impatent. -

Pros
When it actually gets the tags right, it's incredibly useful. This is about 60% of the time.
Cons
It more often then not gets tags wrong or breaks up albums. I mean, come on, it labeled a Brian Eno album in the "Sports Themes" genre! Work on that data base gang.

Sort of worth it for a one time purchase.

Should be a one-time cost. Not yearly.
Summary
Have to plug in mouse and click on Wacom pref in System Preferences to get tablet working again after quitting TuneUp. Does it every time. Prior versions were fine.

Bought this to provide the missing artwork in my iTunes library. The reality is that it was unable to provide most of the artwork and it often suggested incorrect artwork and music titles.
Simply put. It is expensive and doesn't work -

This software worked just fine when it was the free version
Cons
as soon as i spent the 30 dollars for this program it would not work on my computer and i tried to contact the company to help with the problem and they will not return any of my emails and they do not have a help number or anything DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!
