Publisher's description of TunePal for Pocket PC
Now you can have thousands of tunes at your fingertips in sessions and classes and have instant access to scores and playback using TunePal. TunePal is ideally suited for musicians playing Western European folk music (such as Irish, Scottish, or Breton music) as it supports the ABC format for musical notation. It supports lightning fast melody retrieval, high quality playback using any of 128 general MIDI instruments, volume and tempo adjustment and transposition. It works great with Henrik Norbeck's ABC tune collection (containing 2000 tunes) or transcriptions of O'Neills books which contain nearly 3000 tunes.
Version 0.5 adds MIDI suport, ability to load tunes from any location on the device, and can handle up to 1000 tunes per file.
