The TubeTilla YouTube Downloader is an easy application for downloading videos from YouTube and converting them into a number of supported formats.
This application offers a number of conversion formats. There's YouTube FLV, MP4, MP3, iPhone, WMV, and a few more. It took about 3 minutes to download and convert a 3-minute video into YouTube MP4. A 15-minute video took 16 minutes, so the download time varies depending on the length of the video. The videos came out clear and with good sound. There isn't any noticeable difference between the downloaded version and the one on YouTube. Not all URLs that you enter will be valid, so it's not possible to download everything that you want. What does download, though, you will be able to get quickly. There aren't that many other features to TubeTilla. There's no Help page, but its Web site does pop up when you first download it. You can't search for videos directly in the application, either. You can take an already downloading FLV/MP4 and convert it again, however, which is a nice feature. Overall, it doesn't have as much to offer as some of the other download applications out there. If you're looking for something simple, though, this is a good choice.
Downloading and installing this was easy. For the actual installation process, there was a page suggesting we download RealPlayer, but it's not a requirement to finish installing. Besides that, there wasn't much to it. Easy.

It will not let you download anything. As soon as you click the button to choose your desired format, it opens up Internet Explorer and takes you to a webpage where it asks you to buy the full version.

I can say that it did work at one time a couple of years ago, but stopped working, now it won't even load correctly.

A big Web page to purchase, Pay now, visa mastercard paypal blah blah, but no contact information, no support help page, I got the runaround for hours to no avail. Don't waist your time or money!
