"didnt detect Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Banload; a2 did"

Pros: friendly emails

Cons: 1. it put traces in my pc
2. email from true sword claimed to solve Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Banload problem, yet it did not detect Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Banload, which had been detected by a2. of course, a2 finding could have been a false positive
