Powerful and flexible harddisk space manager for Windows. TreeSize Professional shows you the size, allocated and wasted space, number of files, 3D bar and pie charts, the last access date, the file owner, the NTFS compression rate and more information for several paths. The results can be printed or exported to Excel, HTML, XML or ASCII. It also lets you search for old, big, temporary, obsolete files. Unicode and Scheduled scans are supported.

Version 4.0 scans file system branch with multiple threads; improves XML import, export and comparing; and shows large hint windows that include detailed information about each node.

For a thorough and clear answer to the eternal question of where all the space on your new disk went, consult TreeSize Professional. The first time it launches, the program quickly scans your hard drives and displays the results in a plain but intuitive three-pane interface. Just select a folder in the left-hand file tree, and TreeSize Professional breaks down its space usage into charts and detailed lists. Visual mode lets you choose between pie and bar charts and change colors for better legibility. The Detailed view displays statistics by user and file type. The Top 100 Largest Files tab provides a quick rundown of the biggest space hogs. You can limit the scan to files created in the past however-many days, and save results in XML, HTML, and Excel formats. An optional plug-in integrates the program with Windows Explorer's right-click menu. TreeSize Professional isn't big on charm, but it delivers the functionality system administrators need.

  "System administrator's tool !"

  Pros: Clearly this application does its job. a lot of information about your partitions , type , size , files contained etc. can be accessed through this program. it is light on resources , and stable . the inerface is really good , it is simple, informative and easy to navigate. installation size and download size are very small . All the info you get can be saved in exel format (and also in HTML n XML format ) ,Cool na. it is great tool for system administrators. overall it is worth trying.

  Cons: first thing first : it is a shareware so home users beware for this nifty amount of information you will be paying 45$. Plus other freeware on internet have almost same features as this application . it is little expensive . moreover iot is not for everyone , it is best suited for system administrators or those who like to play/experiment with their hardisk.

  a small plug-in has to be downloaded seperately for integrating it with windows explorer.

  Pros: This program is amazing. Ive been waiting for a program like this for a while. You can get rid of the stuff you dont need.
