Though perhaps not a total video solution, Total Video Converter does support a wealth of audio and video formats, including 3GP, PSP, AVI, MOV, and SWF. On top of that, it can rip DVDs and cut movies into smaller, more manageable fragments. In our testing, we appreciated the program's conversion speed and quality. Total Video Converter is well-suited for batch conversion. We found the interface straightforward, with one minor exception: the cumbersome Select Format dialog. Unfortunately, none of these features come for free: in addition to the 15-day restriction, the trial version stamps movies with a registration reminder. The $45.95 registration fee may make your jaw drop, too. Though it's not exactly a bargain, Total Video Converter is much more complete and competent than most of its competitors. If price is no object, it's definitely worth a look.

"Company don't help you in any way."

Pros: I bought one copy of this software, after that nothing changed. Still not possible create hq outputs and sttill freezes after few minutes. Don't install it or will be nervous.

Version: Total Video Converter 3.11

"Not the best, but pretty cool, better than 80% encoding tools."

Pros: This one is good for converting not - so - famous Video formats into once which you like. I use it to convert X264 and similar videos to DivX, which is playable on my DVD player.
Don't use it to convert mpeg-2 to Xvid or DivX because for that lot better and free encoders are available, like AutoGK, avi.net etc..
Encoding Speeds are pretty good, even though it is not optimized for multi-core CPUs
Detects any damn video I throw at it, and encodes to specified format (has issues with XviD codec).

Cons: Not optimized for Multi core processors (will take at least 5 more years for this one).
Default settings are pretty bad - like 64 kbps MP3 audio.
Has Issues with XviD codec.
Does crash, but mostly due to users mistake, or corrupt video.

Pros: Don't download it. The dowload count is fake. All 5 star reviews are from author. Don't install it, or will be nervous.

... and some staff from CNET please BAN this company.
