Though perhaps not a total video solution, Total Video Converter does support a wealth of audio and video formats, including 3GP, PSP, AVI, MOV, and SWF. On top of that, it can rip DVDs and cut movies into smaller, more manageable fragments. In our testing, we appreciated the program's conversion speed and quality. Total Video Converter is well-suited for batch conversion. We found the interface straightforward, with one minor exception: the cumbersome Select Format dialog. Unfortunately, none of these features come for free: in addition to the 15-day restriction, the trial version stamps movies with a registration reminder. The $45.95 registration fee may make your jaw drop, too. Though it's not exactly a bargain, Total Video Converter is much more complete and competent than most of its competitors. If price is no object, it's definitely worth a look.

"Easy to use, still ugly to look at."

Pros
Its support for many different formats and devices is a plus. Very quick and simple settings changes, and the syncing is excellent with the proper settings applied.
Cons
It's still BUTT UGLY!! If you can overcome that and purchase the serial number, then full functionality is given, and it loses the watermark.

Pros
Mainly, I use this to convert my videos for my iPod, but I do occasionally use it to convert for other things, where it performs just as well.
Its support for a vast amount of formats and its speed put it way above everything else I've tried. (And I've tried a huge amount of other video conversion programs.)
Highly recommended.
Cons
Ugly doesn't even being to describe the interface, that said, it is rather user-friendly.

excellent video converter with a good variety of settings. quick conversions and simple to use interface. the best program of this kind that i've tried so far. of course you have to register before the full range of features are available. $39 well worth it.
Cons
not the most attractive layout which makes the program seem less professional but this isn't the case.

"Decent, but Watermark Ruins It"

Pros
Conversion is quick and simple. Buttons allow you to choose what file to convert as. Comes with a player, just in case your standard one doesn't play a certain file that the converter produces.
Cons
WATERMARK! Completely visible around the top, left-hand corner of your video, and it's not pretty like the DivX watermark. Converted videos are saved within folders of folders, so it's pretty ridiculous to find. The 15-day trial allows you little time to play. Convert before its gone.
