Take it from us: uninstalling programs rarely works like it's supposed to. Most of the time, you get empty folders, leftover files, and assorted garbage in the Registry. So we love the idea of Total Uninstall; we're just not confident in its approach. Total Uninstall saves your file-system and Registry information before and after you install a program. To uninstall the program, it simply compares the before and after snapshots and rolls the changes back. This can cause problems if you try to uninstall a program after installing others. Also, Total Uninstall can't clean up anything it hasn't monitored, and the interface is a bit cryptic at first glance. On the upside, the program not only checks the Program Files folder but also the Registry and the entire file system. If you're constantly swapping out software and getting sick of the mess it creates, Total Uninstall is certainly worth a try.Publisher's description
From Gavrila Martau :With Installed Applications module analyze installed programs and create a log that can be used to do a complete uninstall even without the help of provided Add/Remove program. With Monitored Applications module it helps to monitor any changes made to your system during the installation of a new application. It allows you to perform a complete uninstall without having to rely on the supplied Add/Remove program which can leave traces behind.

Pros: Very good product,
Cons: None that I have seen.
Summary: Very good product, it not only deletes the program but safely keeps your registry cleaned up at the same time
