"How do you turn this clutter off?"

Pros
It does have a Christmas theme.
Cons
No way to remove or turn off. It's terribly confusing and slowing down my ability to quickly use Firefox. People have advised going into tools and clicking on themes to disable it. Ineffective as my browser doesn't even show themes as an option.
Summary
Avoid this one like the plague. I am going to try to change to another theme to get rid of it.
